Privacy Policy

This page is maintained by the Grants501c3 team to answer common privacy questions about the app.

Last updated: August 3, 2026. This is app-owned content, not an independent legal certification. Please review your own compliance obligations before relying on it for regulated purposes.

1. What we collect

We collect the information you provide when creating an account, setting up your profile, posting grants, or contacting other members. This may include your organization name, email address, phone number, website, social media links, current needs, profile photo or logo, and any content you choose to share in posts or messages.

We also collect basic usage data needed to operate the service, such as login events, page interactions, and device/browser information commonly captured by web analytics.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to operate the Grants501c3 network, verify membership, display your profile to other members according to your privacy settings, send notifications you have opted into, and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Sharing and visibility

Your profile is visible to other active members based on the visibility toggles you control in settings. Phone, needs, social links, and website are optional and can be hidden. Messages and group posts are shared with the recipients you choose.

4. Subprocessors and integrations

The platform uses Lovable Cloud for hosting, authentication, and database services. We may use additional service providers for analytics, email, payments, and file storage. Each provider is contractually limited to processing data only for the services we use.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the app is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep your account information while your membership is active. When you delete your account or close your membership, we remove or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable time, except where we need to retain it for legitimate legal or business reasons.

7. Your privacy choices

You can update your profile, change visibility settings, and manage notification preferences in your account settings. To request access, correction, or deletion of your data, contact the team at the address below.

8. Contact

9. Shared responsibility

Platform security and availability features are provided by Lovable Cloud. The app owner is responsible for member vetting, content moderation, and any custom data practices described here. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the information you choose to share with other members.
